General
1. We are Ryohen Lab (referred to as "we," "our company," or Ryohen Lab), and we own and operate this website (the "Website"). Our platform provides a seamless online shopping experience with reliable delivery services (the "Service").
2. Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery for any defects or discrepancies. You are eligible for an exchange or refund for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@ryohen.com within 1 working day of receiving the shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once approved, the return process will proceed. We do not process returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
3. Under normal circumstances, Ryohen Lab does not accept requests for order cancellations or exchanges unless the product is faulty or there is an order discrepancy.
4. Certain items, including glassware, accessories, and products exceeding [Your Currency]1000 per item or older than 10 years, are non-refundable.
5. Customers must provide supporting photos and/or videos to verify return conditions.
6. If an order remains undelivered for 3 months from the confirmation date, Ryohen Lab reserves the right to dispose of the goods without notice. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be issued, and outstanding storage fees may still apply.
7. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control.
8. Ryohen Lab is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or profits, resulting from purchase transactions.
Exchange Policy
1. Customers must request an exchange by emailing info@ryohen.com within 1 working day of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Proof of purchase (order information or receipt) is required for approval. Once approved, products must be returned to our office.
2. Requests submitted without proper order details will not be processed.
3. We will complete the exchange process within 5 working days upon receiving the returned item(s).
4. Exchanged products will be shipped via SF Express, with the shipping costs covered by the customer.
5. Unapproved or ineligible returns will not be processed and will be returned to the customer via SF Express at the customer's expense and risk.
Online Orders and Payment
1. All prices listed on this Website are displayed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).
2. Accepted payment methods may include [e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, etc.].
3. We strive to ensure that all prices, stock availability, and service details remain accurate; however, these are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Orders are subject to Ryohen Lab’s acceptance and availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
5. The Company may impose purchase limits for individual customers and reserves the right to decline sales to any customer at its discretion.
Responsibility, Ownership, and Risks
1. All products and services remain the property of Ryohen Lab until full payment is received.
2. Ownership and risk transfer to the Customer upon successful delivery and payment.
3. The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technological failures, or strikes.
